council in England has put one of its municipal toilet blocks on the
market, aiming to
sell it for conversion either to a shopkeeper or a potential homeowner. The 40
square metre red-brick building, which was a men's toilet until about
15 years ago, is in Petersfield, southern England, and is being sold
for £100,000 ($238,000).
East Hampshire District Council, which owns the property, would prefer it go to retail use, but there would be no objection if someone wanted to convert it into a tiny home, said the real estate agent, Jacobs and Hunt.
